Hi Z,

You had your first Christmas and it was my best Christmas in years. We had you with the family in Salinas where we opened gifts, took pictures and dressed you up as santa. We spent Christmas day in the 209 with your grandma and grandpa and tia Lolie. You’re so spoiled and loved by everyone back home papa it’s insane. We opened gifts at grandma’s at lunch and then went to meet my tias at Lolies house where grandpa was smiling ear to ear showing you off. Everyone said you looked like me probably because of your eyes but I’ll take it.

We then stayed the night at the Hilton and stayed in a King size bed in which I’m trying to convince mommy that we need one since she wants you to sleep in our bed until your 6 years old lol. We both slept good and our getting better at feeding you in the middle of the night.
We woke up and had posole at Lolies with grandma and then took off to see everyone else. You got to meet baby Victor who is gonna be your little homie when yall are bigger, we dropped off gifts to Brayden and Brookie then went to kick it with grandpa and then finished up our visits with visiting your tia Kara, Frankie, Babs, Matt and Frank the tank. I could tell that they loved you which makes me smile. They also got you gifts too so when you get older you gotta say thank you to them for everything.

This holiday season has taught stuff I already knew but made it more evident that the real gift you can give someone is your attention and love. Having material shit is nice but all of that don’t mean nothing unless you appreciate the time and effort that was put in giving you or I or anyone a gift.
